If you want the best pizza ever, this is the place to go to. Service is great and the pizzas are awesome. Ive tried different ones and they are all excellent. The base is nice and thin, and there is more than ample filling and cheese. The place is situated in a very small centre, but since the hours are late afternoon, the area is rather quiet. You can eat there as there are some tables or you can take them home. Ive done both and either/or, they taste perfect. You can call up front or order at the counter. I can not believe this place is not ranked higher!! It is a short walk from the centre of Santana (7 min). Don't be put off by the walk as the cafe is sooo worth it and there is a good sidewalk all along the road to the cafe. The staff were very friendly and were happy to speak with us in English. We ordered a muffin and a sandwich to start which were tasty and obvioudly homemade. Their desserts are excellent and there is a good selection to pick from. We tried their "famous" cream donut which was delish! Not a hint of dryness at all. So moist with great texture and the cream filling was generous and tasted great. We also had a cheesecake slice which was so good I must have gobbled it up in 2 minutes. The place is popular with locals who are popping in non-stop for their coffee and donut. You can also buy bottled beer and there was one? beer on tap when we went. When you enter the building you are entering the restaurant (different place) and the cafe through the same door.
