A3 Wine Bar offers a wonderful environment right in front of the estuary, with excellent service and a nice atmosphere. The picanha, octopus salad, and octopus feijoada are exceptional. Prices are slightly high for small portions, but some meals like grilled fish and pot food are very affordable. The Cuban background music enhances the dining experience.
