At 8:40 pm my family entered the restaurant and wrote down a table for 14 in the table book.
My mother even approached the man who was managing the tables and asked how long it would take for a table of 14 to be available.
The employee responded vaguely but did not indicate times, we sat at the bar, bought some martinis and waited about an hour and a half until the same employee called our name and said that he would not be able to find a table for 14, there was a brief discussion between the my family and the employee who then gave in and managed to find us a table there.
A huge lack of professionalism to react like that to customers, the person saw how many tables were missing and wanted to send us away because it was a large group.
The food has always been good here but it doesn't make up for being treated this way.

Very well served portions with extremely juicy and tasty pork (neck chops) at a great price!

Sincerely! Only the lack of alternatives can justify waiting more than 1 hour for a banal meal in a noisy place. It certainly has its fans judging by the turnout, but I'm not one of them.
