Very good food, sweet staff and good atmosphere. Limited but quality menu with excellent vegan options. Spinach salad, portobello mushroom, and bolonaise have been regular dished for us. The wine is fantastic! Highly recommend.

Guys, you live in the 21st century, not allowing dogs into a restaurant is simply old-fashioned, and in general even shameful.
For information for visitors with dogs - restaurants literally behind the wall serve delicious food and are hospitable for our dear little ponytails ?

Simply a wonderful evening! From the service to the food and the ambience, it's perfect here! Good wine, fine tapas and good main courses. The dessert and the espresso were also tasty! Wonderful restaurant, great food and amazing wine list and pairings. Only issue is that we never got the bread we ordered despite being told it was coming a few times and then was charged for it twice! Cheese board was the highlight.
We where there in the afternoon (4PM) when they served only tapas. The portions are big, we took 5 tapas for 3 people and we were full. The stuffed portobello (both) were great, I loved the duck too. The food was amazing, one of the best restaurant visit we had in Douro Valley. Definately worth of its price. I tried the wine too, it was a very good one, smooth and light. Greetings for the staff and the cook, thank you for this experience!

The tapas were delicious, the best on our Portugal tour. The bread, the olives, the lemon butter, the olive oil and the wine were great...I've only had better mousse au chocolat at Tim Mälzer's; his mousse au chocolat still has a spicy note. Thank you for the great food!

If I could give it 6 stars I would! The place is incredible: decoration, food and service were amazing. Great wine recommendations with each meal (and all wines are incredibly good - says a French woman). Highly recommend the pasta negra and the salty mousse au chocolat.
