Such an amazing concept!
I was expecting something a little special and I wasn't disappointed!!

An incredible gastronomic experience with very unique and regional ingredients from the Algarve, João is a brutal one man show on all levels, from the ceramics that are used, to the food and even containing rare ingredients, but nothing beats his passion for the region from the Algarve, it's contagious, I won't talk much about the food as all experiences are different but it's definitely a place to return to and an experience to relive.

Chef João is a passionate one-man show, sharing personal stories behind each dish and his contagious love for the region. Though the intimate room has no openings, the atmosphere remains fantastic.
