The only positive point: the view of the Douro and the bridge... exploited to excess by this establishment; and the waiters, all very young, kind, trying to do the best in this tourist operation.

A place totally for tourists. Some waiters do not show enthusiasm but if you are lucky and you get the friendly ones, they are very friendly. For food you have to know how to choose and have clear expectations. The pizzas and hamburgers are average but we recommend the Pica-Pau, very tasty. To have a fresh beer without pretensions, it is perfect and it is not very expensive.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Terrible food, long wait, no interest in providing good food. The burger was bland and came without some of the toppings because they "ran out". The burger patty was low quality frozen supermarket junk.The fries never arrived. Cash only. They are definitely scammers.Avoid!

A disgraceful place. An hour waiting for two burgers only to be told that they still had 40 minutes left so we had to cancel the order. Super slow and inefficient service. I don't recommend it at all. The manager became aggressive with us and the waiters were rude.

Well located, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Many waiters but very slow service, it took more than an hour to serve us 2 hamburgers, plus the terrace area is huge and then the kitchen is tiny. The prices are exorbitant for the quality of the food and the service that it is. I don't recommend it at all. We had to cancel the meal because apart from waiting 1 hour for the burger, they told us that it had 40 more minutes left. A shame.
Drinks came quickly, but we had to wait 30 minutes for the food. The two Francesinha for 15 euros each were almost cold, the sauce resembled a ravioli sauce. The cheese almost didn't melt. Overall, pretty bad. Because of the bulk, I wanted to have the rest packed up. No problem, that costs another 5.50 euros. Ridiculous. It's your own fault for not researching beforehand.

Why does 0 stars not exist!!!! where to start: food not good, sandwich bread not even toasted (for a mista toast) among other things no taste, staff not capable of ensuring an order, and to top it all off being treated as a thief because our money disappeared an employee took it and the money vanished and of course threats!!!! We had to pay again wow trace your route... And expensive to eat this crap!!!!! Very disappointed
