Good morning everyone, with all due respect and no offence: the Portuguese employees look bad, they insult customers, they treat them disrespectfully and I have even felt neglected the times I went there with my family and we had the bad luck of being served by they. My praise goes to the Cape Verdean employee and the manager, who I think is the man at the cash register and their service is 5 stars every time I've been there and had the luck to meet them.An appeal that I leave to the girls who treat customers badly: Please, at least make an effort and treat the ELDERLY people well because they are the main base of this wonderful bakery that has already won the hearts of these noble customers.Best regards

The 4 stars are exclusively for the manager and the place itself, which are both very excellent. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that Portuguese employees look very badly at customers, even worse if it's someone from another ethnic group. I was very well attended to by a Cape Verdean employee, 10 points for her. Zero rating for Portuguese employees, as I think they should be the ones representing our nationality

However, after waiting 15 minutes I decided to go to the counter and place my coffee order again.Honestly, the customer service is leaving a lot to be desired, without training, without education and just around the cell phone
