I have been an Arcádia customer at this location for many years. I really like the service provided by the employees, but especially the employee Rita Azevedo.
Regarding the food, I just think that the sliced ​​bread toasts are too small for the price they charge.

Today was a real disaster....Half an hour to be served, then they serve other people who arrived after us (we didn't even have to bother them).I don't understand why a burger took 40 minutes, it wasn't full.Everything was dirty, the maid left empty-handed.Very strange burger, full of fat, I've never seen it like this, dry and cold, the cheese was strange, it looked like plastic.Today everything went wrong?I came back once again, if it happens again it will be crossed off my favorite burger list.

As my Family is a regular customer of Arcádia - my late Grandparents since 1945, at the Rua do Almada Store - I had not yet left here a few words of praise, for the ability to retain Customers, or for the diversity of treats available, for the delicate and careful presentation and display of them, or the high quality standard present in each product. I have family living abroad, and over the years, there has been a tradition of alleviating their longing for our beloved city of Porto, by sending the exquisite and delicate "liqueur almonds" at Easter and São João. As the Day of Affections approaches - so called by the Children of Pre-School and Basic Education - or St. Valentine's Day, Arcádia offers charming possibilities to give sweet gifts to others!I cannot fail to congratulate Arcadia for the important and sensible choice of making "Cat's Tongues" sweetened with Stevia available, since in my Family there are people with Diabetes, who are therefore not deprived of enjoying these pleasures of life, which bring joy to life. body and spirit. Congratulations on the new and tempting version of stuffed "Cat's Tongues", of which I highlight the ones filled with Salted Caramel and Coffee!Many congratulations on the longevity of the brand, and on its ability to preserve wonderful traditions, along with a constant desire for innovation to reach more and more recipients! Since I had the opportunity to read a less friendly "criticism", out of conscience I must share that on 25.01.2024 I was assisted by a young collaborator "of sugary Portuguese", who was very available and kindly enlightened me about new developments. that I didn't know, like cans of black tea. Although I am referring in particular to the Alameda Shop & Spot space, my appreciation extends to the shops in Praça Francisco Sá Carneiro [which so well integrated the charming tiles], as well as the wonderful Shop on Rua do Almada, and the Shop Avenida da Boavista (these being the ones I frequent most). From my brother's reference, I know that the new space that forms part of Norte Shopping is also worth a visit, due to its refinement and diversity of offerings. Congratulations! Cutest little spot to take just a fragrant coffee or a glass of Porto wine accompanied by finest chocolates! Large selection of chocolates and traditional Portuguese desserts! Amazing presentation. I recommend to everyone!

Appalling, took more than half an hour to be served two basic coffees and a brigadeiro. It would have been faster to get the metro to the city centre and find a cafe there.Either have fewer tables or more staff, the current situation is embarrassing.
