I was a regular customer at this place. Despite being aware that the service has been getting worse, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Until today, the day they served a spoiled mini chocolate eclair! Never again! It lost quality in everything. They still say they are frozen products!

I bought a box of chocolates at Arcadia this morning. The excellent service should be highlighted, the employee was very efficient and friendly. Very busy between selling boxes of chocolates and serving coffee. However, given that it is Mother's Day and Sunday, they should consider adding another employee to help.

I was at Arcádia on Saturday afternoon and I really liked the service provided by employee D. Júlia was very professional, friendly, dynamic and despite being alone with a lot of customers at the counter, she did a great job.I recommend visiting and looking for more employees like this.

Totally wrong management decisions: the counter has no space to drink a coffee at the counter as the entire counter is occupied with display products. There is only a small hole for a small board. They thus force the customer to consume at the table, but it is the customer who still has to transport the products because it is posted that they do not deliver to the tables. Today, right in front of the cashier, they occupied a small space (now there is only space to leave money) with a display (you can barely see the employees' faces with so much stuff on the counter). When the customer occupies the small space on the tray to consume your product and refuses to go to the table, it will be curious to see how they will resolve it. This does not happen with other Arcadia stores.

Bad service and manners, asked for a certain type of bread and the woman that was working there got it wrong, when we kindly told her about it she didn’t seem to care neither did apologize and simply said it was our fault.We didn’t want to make a fuss so we just took what she brought instead of what we actually asked for because the woman was just rude when we tried to talk to her.A shame because we do like Arcádia but this one place wasn’t a good experience at all.
