Good experience with the starter and main course but the dessert left a little to be desired.

Excellent excellent service and atmosphere. Good food, and the waiters who served us gave us different recommendations and were very professional and friendly. Recommended.

We had a very bad experience at this restaurant. Starting because the value for the money they charge you is very bad, continuing with the fact that they did not take the order correctly and that caused one of the diners to get their food 30 minutes after the rest of the diners. Finally we ordered fries as an accompaniment to the meat and they brought chips, they said that's how it was in Portugal…

A great discovery
At the entrance of an alley passing a porch, a magnificent discovery of this place opening onto a magnificent, very intimate cozy terrace.
A top-notch, very professional service with staff who are up to the task and very smiling and friendly. We really enjoyed sharing.
The very hearty tapas and grilled meal is at an impeccable price with sangria.
We enjoyed the family time. Thank you, really thank you for this moment
it was great
We recommend

They warned that a dish was missing from the menu after checking the reservation with a discount on the website. Suspect!

Continuing a personal trend of hotel restaurants being over priced for both the quality and quantity the food was less than expected and somehow wildly varying between under and over seasoned. My fish was personally fine as far as freshness but over salted and my partner had the vegetarian option which was supposedly marinated tofu, but neither of us could tell what the tofu was supposed to be marinated in besides maybe soya sauce, with a side of rather plain boiled vegetables. The service was also rather sub par for a place with such fancy accoutrements they seemed to not have quite enough staff on had to be attentive to all their diner's needs. I will say that the garden was lovely and the weather outside was super pleasant during our meal, as well as a good selection of music that wasn't overly loud, but it wasn't enough for me to recommend a visit overall.

Vegetarian options: Come at your own risk because it appears the menu changes often and does not favour having more than one or two actual vegetarian options.

Coffee at 3.50 and fine at 8 euros! Prices too high for what it is

Magnificent quality of both the food and the table service..
Exquisite and beautiful decoration in its facilities..
BUT we had a problem when it came to finding the beautiful Restaurant... because being inside the wonderful Hotel of which it is a part, ON THE OUTSIDE THERE IS NO INDICATION ABOUT THE RESTAURANT THAT IS INSIDE, so being Spanish we For the first time we went to the Restaurant and in the city of Oporto we were unaware of that circumstance and it was difficult for us to go around the Plaza several times because we were guided by Google Maps and of course we had only given the search engine the name of the Restaurant and it had us going around again and again with the aggravating the huge construction that was going on in the square to create the Metro... until finally we looked for the Restaurant by the street number instead of the name... we went in and asked and FINALLY...
We had the immense fortune of being served by a very young but already great professional... whose name I do not forget was David, who treated us fantastically well and who will undoubtedly make many, many clients very, very happy with his exquisite treatment and professionalism.

The restaurant is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback would be the cooking of the meat (picahna) was undercooked, but we still liked it.

Everything correct as you can expect from a hotel/restaurant of this category.By making the reservation for The Fork, we had a 50% discount on all dishesIt's a pity that the eternal works of the metro, tarnish so much the facade and the views of the hotel. The only downside (although understandable) is the price of the beer.
