Updated from previous review on 2025-03-03
The vegan options are limited. The tofu bao was very basic, though the tofu seemed alright. The jack bao was slightly better but I'm now very unsure if the sauce used was actually vegan.
Nulla di sconvolgente. Ma ci sono delle opzioni vegan e le opzioni vegetariane si tramutano facilmente. Ho mangiato un bao con il tofu e il riso fritto senza uova, non male.
Friendly restaurant, with great service and a very tasty snack. I had a Gua Bao (pork belly) which was delicious! The experience was worth it and I will certainly be back to try the sweet Bao with sesame ice cream.

We have enjoyed this restaurant, I highly recommend it to those people who love bao bread. The dishes they served were very complete and at a good price.

The tofu bao is good as a quick snack/starter. The tofu is soft, there for it’s tender and not to heavy. However due to a relatively small bun the burger easily falls apart. Fix that and build quality will match it’s flavor.
Got the chicken and beef baos to takeaway. Both super tasty, service was quick, and staff helpful.

Eh, I went to try it for the first time but I wasn't a fan. The place is quiet, Cedofeita Street is quite interesting and pleasant to walk around. I tried the bigger chicken bao and sweet potato fries, the potatoes were good. Pepsi was €2.50. I thought it was expensive for a Portuguese salary. There are more varieties of bao and they may be better. Parking spaces are nearby and it is a paid service.

Only had the jackfruit bun. The bun itself is very nice, tasty and fluffy, sauce and coleslaw also good. The jackfruit, unfortunately, had no taste whatsoever.
Maybe the meat versions are better, but not recommended for vegetarians/vegans.

You can actually eat Taiwanese food in Porto
Although the taste of the meat seems to be different from the authentic Taiwanese food
But overall it’s pretty good…! Feel like home

We tried the Bao’s at Primavera Sound Porto and, as it was festival food, it was tasty. An honorable mention for the kitchen team who were immensely agile. We spent very little time waiting in a huge line. The sweet potatoes are very good, they were warm and tasty. In any other circumstance it would be 5 stars.

Amazing food, super friendly staff and a nice, minimalistic/ modern restaurant
Vegetarian options: Unfortunately, the noodle soups are both only available with beef. However, there are two bao options with tofu and one with Pulled Jackfruit along with one vegetarion version of the fried rice. The side dishes are all vegetarian as well as the deserts.

Hello, while passing through we were feeling a little hungry and decided to try the Bao
We had another tofu, and a Spicy tofu.
The tofu was incredibly crispy, very crispy in the mouth and the Bao bun was very soft.
It was open in the middle of the afternoon so we were lucky, I think it was off-peak time and we were served quickly with a smile.
I recommend trying it because it’s good value for money in my opinion!
There are two floors, so more space with the corner downstairs and there are WCs.
The kitchen is open to the small room.
Vegetarian options: Bao tofu, Spicy tofu and some other specialties
