Pleasant. Reasonable food

I've already eaten good francesinhas at Barcarola, however, this time, the francesinha was really bad. The sauce was some kind of greasy water. The bread was hard on the edges and the steak had a lot of nerve. I left it on the plate for a long time. I arrived at the restaurant late at 10:30 pm... Maybe that had an influence but it's still not acceptable. I hope they improve because I like the environment. Otherwise I will have to look elsewhere.

It was a good experience dining at Barcarola. We were well attended to and the dishes were very generous and the chop was cold! We ordered soup, francesinha, fries, prego and cod.

**Dear Sir,**

I hereby register a formal complaint regarding the order made at the Barcarola restaurant through the Uber Eats platform.

It turns out that the delivery person on that platform did not collect the order at the establishment, resulting in an unacceptable delay. As I was informed, the order had been ready for more than 40 minutes, and, although the restaurant had access to the customer support phone number, it did not take the initiative to get in touch to inform about the situation, showing serious disrespect towards the consumer.

This omission by the restaurant caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, as I was unable to receive my meal within the stipulated time.
