Warning to visitors. I witnessed an incident today where one of the security guards was very rough with a client. The client was pushed and slammed on the pavement outside and he left with a head injury and there was blood on the pavement. He was left to wobble away. So many eye witnesses and everyone was too shocked and legt in disbelief on the sight of fresh blood.The staffs later quickly came out to wash it away. It was completely horrifying to watch, and regardless of how disorderly the client might be. That was definitely not okay. I hope the client is alive.
