Bad weather, so eating inside on the second floor of the hotel. Nice room with quiet atmosphere. Menu was interesting, definitely not for children, though. Very reasonable priced wine list. Attentive service with a sense of humor and the server had excellent English language skills.

We thoroughly enjoyed the prie fixe menu paired with wine. Our servers did an exceptional job of explaining the food and wine pairings. And made it even more special by extending a Maderia tasting at the end of the meal. Our best meal in Portugal! Thank you!

A little hard to find but worth looking for. I ordered a 3 course menu with matching wines and I was not disappointed!The food was original, well prepared and presented minimalistic. The taste was exquisite and the accompanying wines made it an unforgettable experience. The waiter was very service minded, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about both the food and the wines. In short: a really good experience and definitely worth recommending.
