I recently visited this restaurant hoping for a good meal before leaving after more than two months in Portugal. Unfortunately, despite the cozy interior and warm greeting from an older gentleman who seemed to be the manager, the experience went downhill quickly.
Our server was unfamiliar with the menu, insisting an appetizer we ordered wasn’t available until we pointed it out. The service was slow—my mojito arrived much later than the beer, and it was poorly made with wilted mint and a watered-down taste.
When our food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. Our appetizer was forgotten, and when we mentioned it, another staff member argued with us, causing a scene. The fries were cold, and while the pork ribs had good flavor, the overall experience was stressful and unenjoyable.
To top it off, the service continued to falter—our server mishandled a champagne bottle for another table. The restaurant tries to present itself as upscale, but the lack of basic hospitality skills across the staff was disappointing.

We are Spanish, we came from Zaragoza, we came here on the recommendation of the hotel. Everything was spectacular, the barbecue with a starter which is a (ration) in Spain. For 4 people you stay DPM. I RECOMMEND 100%

First impact upon entry, calm environment, clean and pleasant space. Super peaceful customer service and approach. Starters and drinks, well presented and replenished whenever necessary. Orders for the main dish, suggestions and house specialties very well described on the menu. Food very well served, promised on the menu for 3 people but serves very well for 4. Well-established values taking into account all quantity and quality. I liked everything, I recommend it and I will come back.

I often order barbecue here and it's always been great but lately the rice is full of oil... I don't understand what's changed, there was literally a pool of oil in the rice packaging... I've never seen that in my life... please change that habit of putting it in. extra oil in the rice, thank you

Today was very bad. We ordered ribs, they were greasy, in oil and too salty. The cooked potatoes had black spots that had to be cut off before eating. Some potatoes were bitter overall.
