My recent experience with the Take Away service at this Burger King branch was deeply disappointing. When placing my order, I requested a support for the soda, which I consider a basic necessity to facilitate transport. To my surprise, the employee, who appeared to also be the section manager, responded in an arrogant and completely disrespectful manner, saying that there were no supports available. I understand that in certain situations there may be shortages of some items. However, what is unacceptable is the lack of courtesy and professionalism in customer service. The rude response and dismissive attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this branch. It is regrettable that a brand as well-known as Burger King allows this type of behavior to go unnoticed.

A simple Burger King, where you wait a long time for your meal and see many customers passing in front of you for no apparent reason. Not to be repeated, especially when there are many other options nearby

Very long waiting time, and when the order is ready, instead of going to the screens there, they don't use them and just shout. Cleaning also leaves a lot to be desired. The quality of the food is below that of many restaurants in this chain, it is served cold, dry and soft, as if it had been waiting half an hour for it to be delivered to us (which actually happens, such is the delay before we receive the order). All this is recurring, in 3 visits it always appeared like this.

2 hours late for my food

I was deceived, I bought the bucket+2 beers, I didn't receive the beers, when I questioned the employee, he said he didn't follow the order even though he insisted and showed the offer, he didn't give me the beers! Now the question remains as to whether the offer is just to deceive.
Edit: what's the point of having offers if they don't give what is offered!

After several experiences at the Drive-Thru, I can't help but praise the attention and friendliness with which I was always treated by the employees (especially those on the night shift). Approachable, dedicated, smiling and very affectionate…10/10.
