They lose 5 customers for not allowing a table to be moved under the umbrella. They don't want to attend

We went here for lunch during our 4 day stay. Excellent place in the city center, I fell in love with their soups and main dishes. The staff was smiling and very nice. The wife never missed a day without their fantastic desserts and I had their delicious yogurt ice cream.
Dreary, hopeless, extremely below mediocre food and service. You are pretty much not greeted, but when you are, there’s a horribly crabby, perhaps untouched, woman (see photo) in glasses working here who is absolutely grumpy and not very nice. Her fellow staff members only mill around behind the counter pretty much doing nothing. And this place REALLY shows why it’s MEN who are the real stars of a kitchen and not women: The dry, insipid food I ordered could’ve been supremely better done by me along with much more appealing presentation. I’ve been to rural parts of Turkey where my breakfast was fantastically served and much more delicious! Other than this, our server pretty much ignored our table and didn’t really bother to see if we needed anything more. And two of us could speak Portuguese. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of him-/herself for having such poor representation stationing the tables. And their postre de nata is not at the national standard having an oddly different cheapened taste and texture. Café Aliança is lucky I am giving them a 2-star rating than 1-star since the cappuccino was okay and better than most Starbucks. Yet, it was still regrettable to eat here. I should’ve known better when 4-eyes gave us that unfriendly look.

Excellent place to have a drink in Porto. The cream cake was delicious, the waiters were very friendly and even their waiter Luis recommended a place for us to go and drink wine. Thank you

We found the place by chance and from the treatment that has been spectacular, very close and loving people to their homemade and delicious products, we will definitely return to take their products to Spain.

Cheap and tasty, underrated Pastel De Nata
I really have to praise it, what a spectacular francesinha, we were surprised, I wasn't expecting so much quality, the service was 10 stars, we had our dog with us, and the waiter brought a large plastic cup of water for the dog without us asking nothing, I was very happy with the attitude, I am very grateful for the attention and friendliness of all the employees.
Visit, the dish is very good and the friendliness is spectacular.

The cafe is located at a prime location near Aliados metro. Out side sitting is very prime and gives a very good view of the area.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were waiting for friends when we had coffee here. It was lunch time and almost all tables and terrace was full.
