Café Ceuta, a timeless and authentic restaurant in Porto, offers an incredible atmosphere that transports diners to the 40s and 50s. The staff is extremely kind, with the young man with long hair and a bun being particularly fantastic. Customers can enjoy live traditional music, including captivating Fado performances, where diners often end up dancing with the musicians. While the menu may lack variety for some, the food is delicious, and the prices are super correct. The owner, however, is not as kind to the staff as the customers.
