The food was amazing and the staff were brilliant (especially our waiter who was so smiley and attentive!)
Friendly welcome and excellent service. The traditional style food was also excellent
Some of the best food I’ve had the privilege of tasting. The shrimp with fries was a particular stand out.
Found this place because we were looking for authentic Portuguese cuisine at the last minute that we could book via the app (and there was seven of us) Food is seriously good (I recommend the lamb chops) served in a lovely wee restaurant with staff who couldn’t do enough for you
Very good restaurant. I had fried codfish Braga style and cockle rice and ended with creme brûlée. All was tasty, service was good. Prices a bit high for Portuguese standard but you pay for quality food.
This restaurant is away from the main drag and a hidden gem. Non touristic and most diners were locals.Service was efficient. The food was traditional Portuguese and delicious. We ordered the chicken and vegetables soup both were excellent. We had the cod croquettes, game sausages and fish roe with bean rice.. the creme brulee and chilli sweet were the perfect desserts. The best Portuguese meal we had in Porto.
This restaurant was a huge disappointment. I thought it would be a place with nice not so official atmosphere but it was „a white tablecloth” restaurant, where you feel like sitting in a spotlight. Tripas a Moda were not served there. And what is more I didn’t feel a welcomed guest there.
Great ingredients, supberbly cooked and presented, with great service and value. A real neighbourhood restaurant with a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere. The cod was exceptional, as was the hake, although to be fair, all the dishes looked delicious.
