30 minutes of waiting which was worth it! You have to sign up on a list and they will call you when it is your turn. The francesinha is very good.
Family dinner on August 6, 2024. We were 2 adults and 3 children = 4 Francesinhas ordered, more than enough for our stomachs. It's very filling, go there with an appetite. A very correct Addition of €55. A true emblem of the city of Porto these Francesinhas. I highly recommend the Café Santiago restaurant.

The Francesinhas are good, but I think they have been given too much publicity on the networks and we expected more. The terrible service, especially from a waitress with short, middle-aged hair, was rude and seemed annoyed with the tourists, the girl who brought us the bill was very friendly. I wish she had taken care of us from the first moment, we would leave with a different feeling. It was very hot in the place, without air conditioning, in the middle of summer at 35 degrees. We would not return to this site nor do we recommend it.
