We have already tried the steed in several areas: dining at the restaurant, take-away (via Bolt Food) and delivery (via Bolt Food). Every time we order pizza. In the restaurant there are several employees who do not speak Portuguese, and therefore there is a difficulty in communicating/understanding orders: they forgot part of the drinks (we had to remember 3 times) and they forgot the pizzas which took 35 minutes to arrive. totality. In delivery and take away, the same thing always happens: as soon as the order is placed, the delivery timing increases to double. Today I placed a takeaway order at the restaurant, on the app it took 15-20 minutes and as soon as I placed the order it took 45 minutes. I called the restaurant and asked them to see what was going on, they said they would have the pizzas ready in 30 minutes. I went to the restaurant and found out that take-away collection is done at the back of the building, I went to the indicated location and waited. At one point it was already indicated on the app that the order was ready for collection 11 minutes ago, however no one brought it to me. Result: we received the pizzas completely cold, soggy dough already full of liquid from the filling, with zero quality. They have to do better.
