The staff is very kind. However the food tastes very bad we had a toast with ham and cheese and it tasted distasteful. Also, I ordered cappuccino and it was not good at all. Please don’t go to this place

Inedible food, sauce that tastes like water, spoiled meat and ham too and both taste and smell like feces. Right now I'm praying that nothing bad happens to me and my family. I just warn you that if anyone in my family gets sick, we will file a criminal complaint against that restaurant.

They calculated the bill at 5 euros more than indicated on the menu, the bathroom was broken, the entire floor was covered in water and there was a huge queue

We came with 4 people to eat francesinhas and one vegetarian. We chose this place because it had options for everyone, but when we arrived, of all the options available, there was only one, although the rest were advertised on the poster outside.
There was no lemon for the coca cola, nor fresh orange juice as it says on the menu.
The francesinhas were frankly bad, the sauce was very strange and far from the traditional sauce. Potatoes soaked in oil and undercooked.
One employee alone in the living room and kitchen most of the time. Despite being nice enough. he did not offer alternatives for the vegetarian person nor did he seem to regret what had happened in any way.
I don't recommend anyone coming to this place, especially with so many alternatives.

What a shame! A house that's been around for so many years and it's not what it used to be... the francesinha was finally acceptable, but cold sauce kills any dish, especially a francesinha!

High quality service and food
Had a very good time in a calm and not busy night. The Francesinha was very good, with good doses. The deserts (Baba de Camelo) were also great!Just experienced it fully empty which felt a bit weird being the only ones in the store

This Saturday, March 13th, I ordered an order from bolt food at this establishment, Capa Negra restaurant 1 on Rua Barros Lima in Porto and I loved the black capa francesinha with a well-served egg, in terms of value it was in line.I highly recommend it and I will try other dishes. The patties are very good, congratulations…
