A delicious and traditional Francesinha with a taste of Portugal, recommended for a casual and family reunion

Kid-friendliness: Dining chair and bathroom suitable for changing diapers.

It is a very popular place. The menu is very varied, with a new dish every day. I recommend ordering half portions, as they are quite filling. Good service and good quality typical food from the area

The waiter was very understanding and accommodating for our needs. This kind of service is paramount to a customer experience.

On a not-so-busy day, we waited more than an hour to be served. Orders were literally thrown onto the table, rudely and without an apology for the delay. The order did not correspond to what was requested. Poorly seasoned, overly salty and overcooked. Employees who are rude to customers using "poor" slang expressions. From the comments, in relation to other customers, I can guess what was said in relation to us.
There is zero desire to return there.

It has some good francesinhas.
It's a shame they don't have vegetarian francesinha, which they already serve in many places.
They have other dishes, both meat, fish and even vegetarian.
The service was good.
You need to go early, otherwise the wait might be a little long.

After not visiting for some time, returning was a shame. An unbearable heat that was not changed even though I told the employee and even with several people waving fans and napkins. The waiting time for the food was much longer than 1/2 hour. The francesinhas were, as always, divine, but they won't make me go back there anytime soon.

It takes a long time to serve, a lot of noise, the omelet is terrible, I don't recommend it. I won't repeat it!
