Talk about a bad experience.There was a huge hair in one of the plates and the other was cold, room temperature.Asked if they could prepare another one and they offered to heat the meat on a microwave oven, 11 euros for a barbecue rib with barely any meat on it and they reheat in a microwave?I said no, the owner then showed up and asked me to speak lower because he didn't wanted any customers to know about the hair and started to threaten me, to not mess with him or... I asked what he planned on doing and he kept saying to not mess with him.Asked for a refund and he said he wouldn't but offered the "complaints book" and said he would call the cops on me.He then offered to pack my original food to go or I would leave without anything.His wife showed up without a hair net, so that's proby where the hair came from, I said the net should be worn and he replied I'm not having food at my place but at CHICA'S.

If you really want to eat steak, you should think carefully. The price is low, but so is the quality. I know steakhouses from South America, but this one is really bad. My rump steak was cold. It was finished on the electric grill. It's a shame that I had this experience.

Look at the photo and tell me if there is any meat to eat in this rib?! Literally gnawing on the bone to try to eat something. Barbecue sauce tasted burnt. Not to mention the “supreme picanha” dish, which has nothing like picanha! Just cheese and ham. Expensive food and not worth the price.
