“The main player here is Terraplanas signature craft cocktails, mixed by a skilled and enthusiastic bartender. However, their stone oven thin crust pizza is a close second. Casual, slightly alternative athmosphere (the arts college is just around the corner...). One of the nicest places we found in Porto!“

“visited a couple of days ago just looking for something to eat with the family. stumbled across maria tripeira and thought we’d give it a go as we had been searching for somewhere that serves piña coladas and this was the first place we found. not expecting much, the man led us through to the back of the building to a room with the most gorgeous view of the river douro !! we were also the first people in there to begin with which meant peace haha. 3 of us ordered the salmon and 2 ordered the nutella strawberry crepes, and some desserts afterwards. everything was delicious, including the pina coladas too ! our waitress (i didn’t get her name) was also very lovely and helpful. one of the desserts we ordered was the fruit slice which came with mango, strawberry and pineapple, it was amazing and the fruit was so fresh and tasty. would 100% recommend, only thing was that the menu was mainly fish food or steak so if you don’t eat fish or steak you might have to order a crepe instead like me. thank you for your service guys ! x“

“Cool looking bar with retro decor. If you're into your indie music then this is the place to go in the Gallerias area of Porto. So good we went back after visiting a couple of other bars in the area. Drinks very reasonable for the area.“

They don't serve meals and sometimes the music is too loud (I think that's why it's the only terrace with empty seats ????????‍♂️).I also ended up leaving because I couldn't talk. “A great spot to watch the sunset in Porto! We grabbed a seat and ordered the “8€ Hot Wings and 2 Finos” special. For the price we thought we’d get 6 chicken wings. Oh were we wrong! I think we counted 20! They were very tasty w/a little peri peri sauce on them. We also ordered a bowl of fries. Definitely worth it! Great spot - we will definitely be back!“

“Stunning meal last night, everything was super fresh. Lovely cocktails and wine. The calamari and squid were a highlight as was the butternut squash salad. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. On our list to return when we come back to Porto and will recommend to friends

“Das Tokkotai ist ein sehr schickes Restaurant mit sehr aufmerksamem Personal. Das Gebäude ist in einem leicht unterirdischem Gewölbe und sehr stimmig eingerichtet. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und sogar mein Cocktail war aussergewöhlich gut. Ein schönes Erlebnis, wenn man sich etwas gönnen möchte und den leicht höheren Preis total wert.“

“Nice place for a coffee or snack in the late afternoon. Next to the University Center, which means it is frequented by young people, but not only. With ambient music. The service and care are excellent. And the toast on country bread too. ?“

“Nice hard rock, spacious slightly pricey but that's to be expected. Lots of memorabilia and centrally located. They have local cider on tap which is a big plus. Friendly service. Disappointed they let dogs in, and large ones at that, specially for those with dog allergies, hence the one star down.“
