A sweet shop where you can try a wide variety of typical sweets from the area. There is also another type of savory pastry. The employees are very friendly, and the prices are very affordable. The decoration of the place is very careful, as if you had traveled to 100 years ago. For breakfast I recommend going early, because after 9:30 a.m. it gets crowded.
Excellent, excellent pastries. We didn't have a single one from here that we didn't love. Would recommend getting takeaway, or eating / drinking at the counter if possible, as the dining room gets very loud, and service there is quite slow on busy mornings.
We arrived at peak breakfast time but we didn't have to wait long to get a table. The best cream pies we tasted in Porto, without a doubt, and by far! And the place gives you the feeling of where you are: a patisserie with history. I wouldn't miss it!
