Starting with the prices, I thought it was normal that prices had risen considerably, taking inflation into account, however it is not acceptable to spend €25 for 3 people. Furthermore, the last time I went there, more than 8 flavors were sold out and they took a long time to serve me, at least 20 minutes. I had only ordered an ice cream and there were 6 people behind the counter. In the end, despite being the only person to order something during this long wait, they still managed to get the flavor wrong. Above all, not for the first time, I was approached on the terrace by beggars, I no longer feel safe setting foot there since one of them tried to intimidate me with a knife (I'm a 16 year old teenager). I don't recommend it, zero stars.

I ordered a crepe with 2 ice cream balls and a brioche with 2 ice cream balls. It happens that the brioche comes to the table and after 15 minutes the crepe arrives, one person is left eating and the other is waiting, terrible service, they serve everything at the same time.
The worst part was when Mr. DIOGO was making crepe, he put a scoop of ice cream and two small pieces of ice cream that he was scraping at the bottom of the bucket, it seemed like there was no more ice cream when I was there. When it came to deliver I made the complaint and all arrogant and with the air of an establishment owner he told me that if the two parties were combined it would make a difference. I ate there and at the end my wife asked me if everything was ok. I first asked if the brioche was served and after 15 minutes the crepe came and I looked at my wife eating the brioche because if it didn't it would even melt.
2° Tell him that it is bad behavior to scrape the bottom of the bucket to try to make a ball. Because I even caught 2 balls and not 1 and two little ones. Furthermore, the customer sees it. In the end, Mr. Diogo still made fun of the situation and told me that I would change. Terrible service and arrogant after having told you.

Excellent place to eat Ice Cream, Waffles or Crepes or even a delicious Milkshake. I loved the experience and from now on I'm going to start going to Cremosi da Foz more often so that every time I go there I can try a different flavor ❤️ Without a doubt, quality products that I will recommend, not to mention the 5* staff.

It’s a great spot although one thing you have to be cautious, specially if you don’t eat gluten, some of the labels don’t specify what the ice cream has, I ordered a black chocolate flavor to then ending up finding out that it has brownie and nuts, luckily I am not gluten intolerant. Next time Please make sure you guys label correctly. Thanks
