The environment was good because I chose a table right at the entrance, inside, however, as there was no glass, it was wonderfully ventilated, and best of all, we could talk to our hearts content without overhearing anyone else's conversation, I found the environment very small, the tables next to each other, now imagine, the room full, and these people talking at the same time... it was a terrible noise!!! I recommend going to the top, or staying at the front like we did, I believe it will be much more enjoyable! As for the drinks, they are good, however, the quantity is not fair for the price charged, a drink costing 12.50 if there was 150ml in that glass, it was a lot!! Another one I ordered came with much less than that!!! I found the prices very expensive for the quantity served!! The service is very good, attentive staff.

Super beautiful and relaxed place, and I thought the drink I had had little alcohol, nothing unusual for the advertising. And attention to the service provided ends up making the customer uncomfortable, as soon as we had arrived the waiter went to the table twice, although he was still choosing and we said we would call him.

Cocktails were average. After explicitly creating to charge us in EUR, they still charged in USD (with a 4% markup). When I pointed it out, the server refused to accept his mistake and lied about how the transaction works. Stay away!

Your response wrongfully states that I was happy with the staff and asked them for restaurant suggestions-this is a lie and nowhere in my review have I mentioned that.
And your statement that all foreign cards are accessed a conversion fee is untrue again. Every restaurant/bar that I have been to in life so far has a card terminal which gives an option whether to accept conversion or reject it. If this is not something your establishment supports, it should be flagged to their customers right away!
Lastly the staff stated (wrongfully again) that they would charge my account in euros as requested, and the charge slip in USD amount is just an indication but not the actual charge. I later found that to be untrue. Believing him I even encircled the euro amount since I was in a rush, attaching a picture to prove my point.
I am not worried by the extra dollar or two you made of me, it's how things unfolded and how I was misled into signing it.

Great vibe and fun cocktails! The chacuterie board was delicious! Very friendly service! We had the mystery drink. It was a fun experince and a tasty drink!
