From the terrible management, starting at the entrance with the disorganization of the staff, adding the lack of idea of ​​mixing business with friends, showing a lack of respect for the customers who give money to the house. Even with a reservation made in advance for a birthday, a group of 12 people had to wait outside for 40 minutes, with people pushing and trying to get ahead, many of them "supported" by the doorman.
After we entered, we spent another 30 minutes, together with an employee who knew about our reservation, "trying" to get the table that had been reserved by us, to be given up by the people who sat there and who didn't want to leave, even after we politely asked. to avoid prolonging the deplorable situation any further.
After we sat down, at a dirty table that remained that way until the end because decency didn't exist in those parts... the end ended with bottles flying, blood and people fleeing through the ONLY exit from that space. Zero security, inelegance, they don't care what fine dining/clubbing is, terrible experience. First and last!

Well, this is taking into account that it was once a very good restaurant, recommended by friends for about 3 years. In my experience it was terrible, it was really a disappointment, price and quality was absurd.We went for dinner as a couple, we ordered starters and sushi and it wasn't bad, with the service really slow, but our expectations were high and we were disappointed. To go with it we ordered wine and all the white and rose wines we ordered were not on the menu due to out of stock, rose they immediately said they didn't even have, they served us what they had, a warm white that wasn't even cold. During the fight, we asked for a frappe with ice again and we had to try to cool the wine, because there was no attention/concern from the staff.To finish we asked for the bill and they came with changed bills (it wasn't from our table).There were people on our side who didn't even eat starters because the staff forgot.Once and NEVER again….

A restaurant that could have better quality for the price they charge. I went for dinner on New Year's Eve and the service was too slow. We waited 1 hour between each dish. Furthermore, there was very little food, we were hungry, we reached the end of dinner and still had to order some starters. The quality of the food also leaves a lot to be desired, the sushi rice was hard and tasted bad.The only good service was from the employees who provided excellent service.

We went to the restaurant last Sunday, with the intention of enjoying the bar, it was almost 00:00 we arrived at the bar and asked for the menu, soon after a blonde girl came and was aggressive when talking to us, the service was terrible! There is a very nice Venezuelan lady who works at the bar who is very kind! Another point to take into account is that the place is a restaurant but after a certain time it turns into a bar (with a DJ table) and to pay there is only one person doing the billing, which makes it very difficult as there are a lot of people for just one cashier!

The food was good but nothing to write home about. 27 euros for a rice ball (risotto), I think the price was excessive. The service was very good because they were very friendly and correct and always wore gloves. What was not normal was waiting 1 hour and a half to bring dinner and ordering some eggs that never arrived and a pitcher of sangria that arrived 2 hours later. In conclusion, expensive and somewhat strange atmosphere.

The description of the site in one word is RARE. The service was average, they were very messy and constantly forgot what you asked for. The dinner was nothing out of this world, very basic and expensive for the quality they provided. An hour and a half to serve dinner, and we had dinner accompanied by thousands of mosquitoes. The food was great, wait time was however exceedingly long and they forgot some orders. What pissed me off was the girl at the door claiming she gave me a club card and i lost it when i’m 900% sure she didn’t. On top of that, she refused to address me directly, faced my friend as if asking her to trust her over me which is very laughable. I’d probably visit again because they played a lot of nigerian music, but they need to train their staff on how to deal with clients and not accuse them of weird things like stealing club cards.

I'm a regular customer, I've always received very good service and I've always liked the dishes, especially the sushi. However, lately the prices are exaggerated and they also change the menu without any prior notice. Giving as an excuse that the sushi has improved at the request of customers with some social status. In addition to just being ridiculous, it discriminates against social classes. In my opinion, they should preserve old and loyal customers as well as new ones. Therefore, rethink your letter and we your values, not just the monetary ones. Sushi mainly make more combis with more accessibility to everyone. We don't all play ball nor are we politicians.
