After having spent my lunch hour to come here and making my order after 10min when I tried to pay the clerk told me the ATM machine was not working and that I should go to the closest ATM and withdraw money in the meawhile I wouldn't be delivered my meal or drink, the ATM didn't have money. In the end a friend paid for me in money, but this is no way to treat costumer...

Simply horrible service.
We wait more than 2 hours for the pizzas, when we call the support line no one can contact the store. On the 3rd call they managed to connect with the store and the store says that there is another 30 minutes to wait in addition to what we already expected,
Not even an apology from the store employee on the phone. For a chain of stores with little time in Portugal, your future will not be very long with the quality of service provided.

Folks who are used to being reimbursed in minutes with Ubereats or Glovo, I have to inform you that if you have a problem with your order, you may have to wait up to 2 months. My case, I paid for my order, and they didn't even register my order, that is, I didn't receive anything and I've been waiting for more than 2 months to receive €17.90 and still nothing. In fact, of the 7/8 emails I have sent to date, I have had a response to 2 of them. So, before you order Dominus, think about this ?
There is no shortage of options with better services and even pizza, it's not horrible, but there are much better things too.

We asked for an all-you-can-eat service for 5 adults and 1 child, and they didn't comply with the brand's promotion, as they had to give unlimited pizzas for €10 per person. We pay and it sounds
mind they let us consume 5 pizzas without any excuse. If you don't want to sell because you're selling without profit, don't offer misleading promotions. They have already lost a customer, in addition to mistreating the public.
