The service was very good, the place was full, the price was reasonable considering the size of the portions. We ordered the Francesinha donut and cod for dinner. We don't know which of the two dishes but it was probably the cod that poisoned us. We spent the night and the next day with gastroenteritis. If it weren't for that I would give a good review.

Amazing Francesinha! The downside was we couldn’t pay by card, only cash and we weren’t told in advance.

Very friendly staff, we had a reservation for 25 people but due to an unforeseen situation with another restaurant we had to bring a few more people from our event to Dona Francesinha, which reserved 10 more places for us at the last minute. The food was great and the prices were affordable. I highly recommend it.

The food is not bad, but they don't allow you to pay with a card that is not Portuguese, so keep that in mind if you come to eat

Great Francesinhas, the staff is charming and very friendly, the place is nice and comfortable and the music they play creates a good atmosphere. I ordered the francesinha donut with potatoes and a pineapple sumol and it was great. I was very satisfied with the food and the price. Recommended!!! Obrigada always.

Amazing experience!!!!! We ate in several restaurants where the menu was very expensive and clearly this is where we ate the best!!!!!! I totally recommend you can go there with your eyes closed. In addition to the food which was excellent we came across an incredibly helpful, kind and attentive waitress, rare professionalism these days!!!!! Thank you very much for this moment spent with you which will remain forever in our hearts during our stay in Portugal!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️????????

Looking forward to coming back!!!!!!!!

Excellent francesinha! We took the classic, it is superb, slightly spicy, you can have an optional egg on top, we paid around €12 for it. A bowl of fries is enough for two. We also had cod which was also very good.

We first went to another place nearby that was listed on many tourist websites, as expected it was full and we entered Dona Francesinhia by chance. Francesinhia chicken and normal 10*, fast service and a very nice, quiet and cozy atmosphere.

The restaurant‘s atmosphere isn’t very nice, no decoration, bad lighting, so uninviting. The service wasn’t extraordinary, therefor fine I guess. The food was not good - so bland, not very hot…Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here, there are way better restaurants to go to.
