We had 10 courses with wine pairings. 6 of the dishes were great, the rest were ruined by stupid fish or octopus shaped bowls which made it almost impossible to eat from. We had wine pairing but waited more than 30 mins without wine at certain points. In addition, waited almost an hour without water despite being charged for 2 bottles.

We ordered the 10-course tasting menu, which was wonderful and excellent. The only caveat, I don't know if it was our mistake, but when we sat down they offered us a glass of sparkling wine (in another restaurant that didn't even have a Michelin star it was complimentary) and when the bill came, they charged us for the 2 glasses which cost the price of the bottle of wine that we took (which wasn't the cheapest, I chose a medium price one). But it may have been our fault for not asking if it was courtesy or not, but I thought that was pretty bad.

Great place. Loved the decor, the feeling the place has. The food was beyond expected; original, creative and different, tasteful and smooth at the palate.
Very nice restaurant in terms of decoration and service, however several mistakes on the dishes served. The starter ceviche is really nice. The fish was delicious but the sides not balanced - overcooked and too creamy tagliatelle. Concerning the suckling pig, a failed cooking, burnt which alters the flesh and made it partly inedible, the plate being already not very generous it was a pity. But the waiters were able to be delicate with us. Overall nice restaurant but a kitchen that deserves to be adjusted.

The goal is not hidden, the 1st Michelin star is in their sight for this new concept restaurant. However, many approximations hinder them for the reward. The staff is sometimes confused and lack communication, therefore lacking the perfection which they intend to reach. The food is good but some plates are simply not at the required level. The restaurant is very expensive for the experience offered, especially for a none Michelin star restaurant. However the wine pairing is great. The atmosphere and decorations of the plates are outstanding. If the many minor details are offset, which I'm sure they'll be, I will recommend the restaurant.
