On top of a super old hotel that I need to stay at next time I visit the area
Staff were great, concierge downstairs were the most helpful people and even held our bags for us

We visited for an evening drink and to watch the sunset. A lovely friendly place with an impressive view of the river and bridge. The bar does not disappoint. We tried the burger and it was very nice. They have background music every night, and on Thursday night they had a DJ. Well worth a visit.

We made a lunch reservation for the rooftop, and as soon as we got there (just there) they informed us that the rooftop wouldn't open because of the rain (I noticed it rained for 5 minutes). We were given the option of eating at the hotel bar but the menu did not have much variety.

We had a reservation here a few days ago which we had booked long in advance. When we arrived we were first asked did we have a reservation to which of course we did, We were then made to wait another few minutes for a different employee to inform us that the rooftop was closed. If there is even a hint of rain don't bother showing up, nobody tried to contact us and even when we arrived they were unprofessional. We went 10 minutes down the road to the NEYA hotel whose rooftop was indeed open and were instantly more friendly and professional than the sky lounge employees. Oh and guess what? it didn't rain for the next 6 hours. AVOID.

The place is luxurious, on the roof of a hotel with views of the Duero river.We ordered croquettes of the typical sausage from there (alheira), which were crunchy and tasty, some potatoes with sauces of good quality and quantity, and for main course a bowl of black rice with salmon, mango and avocado, which was super good and original.The price was about 23 per person, which for the location and quality is super good.
