Very friendly and helpful attendant. The food was good, especially the popcorn chicken, the alheira balls and the bbq pork ribs. The accompanying sauces left a little to be desired, the idea is incredible: being made with beer, but I believe they can be better executed, especially the bbq, which in my view of bbq has nothing. But overall the experience was great.

Porto Holiday 08/08/24: Love it here! Small selection of craft Ale. We had the IPA and Brown Porter. Also order some Cheddar jalapenos bites and Pork belly crackling, with chimichurri. All beer brewed on-site. Love the smell of malts as you walk in. Very distinctive! Also enjoyed seeing the plant and bottling room as the beer was being siphoned.

Great place and food, we made a reservation online and would not have any trouble whatsoever, atmosphere is great and they play some cool music as well. The only thing is that we ordered some more beers between our our starter meal and the plate itself but our waiter forgot twice so we had to remind them to bring our drinks because our plate was an spicy one.

Very nice staff. We had pepperoni pizza, shrimp IPA, and potatoes with cheddar and bacon for dinner. Everything was very good. It took them a while to serve us but there were a lot of customers, so that could have been the reason. At the bottom there is a fermentation and bottling room.

It is the second time we come and we will repeat for sure. It is better to reserve a table because although the place is spacious, there are times when there is no space.

This review could start with “Once upon a time there was a family who decided to go to dinner on a Sunday night and ended up almost spending the night at the restaurant…”
Well, what to say? Service from the employees was super slow, making it necessary to make the same order several times for it to be fulfilled. Even a simple napkin had to be asked 3 times for it to finally arrive. The starters and drinks came super quickly but from then on it was a nightmare. The steak, which was ordered medium rare, was dry and overcooked and the francesinha sauce was extremely spicy. I spoke to the waiter who informed me that there were problems in the kitchen. He asked me if I wanted to change the dish with great insistence but I decided not to, as we had waited more than half an hour for the food (a steak with mustard sauce, a margarita pizza and a steak nortada). The rest of the food was prepared in a very ordinary way for the price. Pizza was soft and tasteless and the steak with mustard didn't have much flavor overall, although the steak was cooked to order.
The price had the correct The Fork discount (50%) and that's good because paying €84 for this service would be a crime.
In the middle of all this, there was a guy who looked like a manager who was behind the counter holding a tablet in her hand and constantly looking at our table, making us feel uncomfortable.
Having experience in several restaurants, I think that the problem with this brewery is precisely the management that apparently doesn't care about the quality of the products, making the waiters feel embarrassed by having to make excuses to explain themselves.
Experience not to be repeated unfortunately.
Close the kitchen and only serve beer, it might come back.
