I ordered 3 dishes of what is called picanha, very thin and very tough…
They were already better at what they serve…
I will not return to this restaurant again…

Third time, in different weeks, when I go to pay (after standing in line for 20m or more) they tell me that they don't have an ATM, they only accept cash.
Response from the girl at the cashier: "You have to go and collect money and get back in line"
Unacceptable, unacceptable and shameful
I won't go back there again.

The food is very good, and the price I think is quite fair for the amount of food that was on our table.

Brazil's representative global chain, famous for its all-you-can-eat Rodizio. This place was great too. It is located on the second floor of the very nice Norteshopping shopping center (the first floor by continental European countries standards), and the salad included in the price was excellent and the meat was delicious. Pain de Queche (cheese bread), Brazil's national bread, which I have not seen at Fogo de Chao in Lisbon, is also provided. The basic option costs about 25 euros, and I had it with 1 liter of sangria (about 12 euros) and was satisfied because it was good value for money.

The food is great but the service is sooooo bad. Waited 30 min and look how many people they were serving. They gotta move it quick makes no sense this time waiting in a place in a shopping mall. Pics of the line versus the ppl getting their food. Terrible service!

The worst meat I've had in a long time.
I don't even understand the positive opinions you've given here.
Maybe I was unlucky that day but all the meats were horrible. The worst was the alleged picanha.
As for some comments that criticize the fact that they don't let people in with the dish ready, please. They have no reason.
As for me, they will never catch me again.

Goodnight. I was at the restaurant today with my wife, who doesn't speak Portuguese and is learning it now. I already speak Portuguese and understand the language well. We decided to go to a Brazilian restaurant, as we are passionate about Brazilian cuisine. Everywhere we've traveled, we've always looked for the nearest Brazilian restaurant.

Being at the restaurant today, we had great disappointments that do not match Brazilian food. The first disappointment was that the pineapple was not roasted on the barbecue, as is customary in Brazilian culture. It was simply warm and very acidic, hurting my wife's mouth, who is not used to eating raw pineapple.

We were also served cold and undercooked picanha. I have nothing against undercooked picanha, as long as it is very hot and not at room temperature, as, unfortunately, it cannot be eaten. The picanha, as we know it, when it is rare, is first roasted with the fat side down, then turned over and cooked a little on the other side, leaving the medium rare. In professional restaurants, temperature gauges are used to know the exact doneness of the meat. However, this was not done, resulting in 100% raw fat, in a form that is impossible to eat.

To make matters worse, the part with fat was excessive, above normal. It was a yellow fat, not white, and the flavor was horrible. I asked the waiter not to add so much fat and to cut it in a way that we could eat the meat. Instead of offering me a second option or any information, he said that the picanha was like that and that he couldn't cut it differently, as it would ruin the shape of the meat. The way he spoke was a little rude. We know Brazilian culture well and we know when a person wants to be pleasant and when they don't. He called me "boss" in a snobbish tone of voice.

Apart from these two situations, the restaurant was actually good.

The food is good, but I stopped buying it when I got discouraged because I remembered the knife, yes, the cutlery. It's very bad to eat with a knife that doesn't cut, it takes a long time to eat because of this.

The food lacks quality and taste. Also overcooked and dry meat. The tomatoes are nice though.

I am extremely disappointed with the food.
Extremely tough meat that was certainly not very tough picanha, the farofa had no flavor.
I will never go back, that's for sure and I don't recommend it.
