Vacationing from the US. Happened upon this wonderful restaurant. The pizza was actually the best I have ever had .. delicious. Bacon wrapped prawns were amazing. Catarina and Luís were delightful; treated us to a port wine to end a great evening. Highly recommend!
Parking: Found a spot without difficulty.

We stopped here for lunch. The food was lovely and tasty (portions sizes were excellent). Pleasant service and great views of the Douro and the passing trams.

The ambience is really nice: stylishly furnished, beautiful location almost directly on the Douro.
Unfortunately, the rest isn't really convincing. The food is comparatively expensive, but the portions are very manageable and the taste is not really great.
The pizzas are drowning in cheese, the dough can't do anything. And what is sold as focaccia is actually just the “Italian” version of a tarte flambée.

Bad service. Quite time consuming, the employees are complete beginners and don't know what they are doing. We had to wait 30 minutes to be served when there were basically 10 people in the restaurant. Sangria by the glass for €7.5, although it's not freshly made sangria, it's basically from a bottle. Why this price for this? They charged a cover charge and, as we hadn't eaten, they had to remove it from the bill. It's basically a tourist trap.

7,5€ for a glass of sangria and over 15€ for the smallest plate of pasta I have ever seen in a so-called Italian restaurant. Overpriced and no flavor at all. You’ll just be (over)paying for the view.

The food was great, unfortunately it's not directly in the old town and the portions are rather small. Otherwise everything was perfect

Magnificent service provided by Hilton Rodrigues.
Very friendly, polite and concerned about whether the study was to our liking.
The restaurant is on the shore of Gaia. We ordered a caprese for starters and thought it was not enough, the main dish was good in size and quality. It's right on the shore

The peach cocktail and the Gin made by Cassandra are very, very good and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Everyone who helped us, boys and girls, were all very kind.
The space is very well decorated!
