In previous years this restaurant was one of the best in Porto in this area. I don't know what happened in the meantime to make this space reach this point. Despite the interesting decor, the restaurant only had two tables occupied, the front door was completely open and there was an indescribable heat inside. We were welcomed by a Mr. Who spoke very poor Portuguese and we had some difficulty explaining what we wanted to eat and drink. We just placed our order and noticed a sign that said: “we do not have an ATM”. We asked the man if this was really how he told us that there were ATMs in the area. We were in disbelief. We canceled the order and went to another place for dinner. It's unacceptable. Porto is really in rapid decline.

It was a surprise, good atmosphere, and spectacular decoration, it looks like a kind of toy museum, we passed by by chance and had some coffee with milk at a good price and good flavor, the rest of the prices seemed contained. 100% recommended if you want to take a break during your visit to Porto. We came to see, out of curiosity, what they say is the most beautiful McDonald's in the world....nothing could be further from the truth and we almost ran away. Then we found this place, right next to the Lello bookstore. More than a restaurant, it looks like a museum of very curious ancient objects. We ate wonderfully and with very good attention. They also do small Fado shows. I recommend it, especially if you want to escape from the typical more touristy places.

This place was unexpectedly one of the highlights of our travels! The antique collections that surround every wall and corner of the place are so fascinating, I could stay there admiring it all for weeks. The live music was absolutely amazing (I think the band was called 5A) and the vibes were spectacular - everyone was immersed in the music, not on their phones, dancing and having a ball☺️
