I asked a question about the proportion of Açai and additional quantities on Instagram, they viewed it and never got back to me. I made the purchase at a store in Porto where the proportion was ok, when I made the purchase at the Gaia Shopping store the amount of additional was greater than Açai and we don't have the option of buying just Açai. High prices to have more additional than the açaí itself, in addition to ignoring a customer's doubt and not caring about providing excellent service and losing the customer.

I walked 20 km as fast as I could to get there in time before 11pm, which is the opening time listed on the Internet. I arrived at 10:40 pm and the employee said they only served at the cone, I asked why, she said it was already closing, and I said I looked at the time online and she said it leaves at 11:00 pm, and that it already had everything collected, because it leaves at 23:00.So as a customer, I advise opening hours until 10:30 pm, as the employees use half an hour for cleaning or whatever and don't serve customers.

€9.90 for the açaí bowl, which is very expensive. They only let you include 4 ingredients as well. I chose powdered milk, and they put so much that it looked like I was eating powdered milk with açaí. Both one and the other had no flavor at all!
