First time ordering, very presentable and tasty.
But one tip I would give is that the delivery packaging could have been more appropriate, it didn't come in a bag, I thought it was exposed because it came straight in the packaging and the seal was a small sticky tape and you can't be sure if someone will tamper with it.

It is good? No. Is it bad? Neither. It's bland and forgettable.

I would like to share an indignation on the part of an employee of this entity. We are long-time and regular customers of this establishment and today, in a very unpleasant way, the employee who was delivering the orders, simply picked up the boxes in a hurry and handed them to me. When I got home, I noticed that 4 beads of a certain flavor were missing, and I called for the contact and the attendant, in a totally arrogant and unprofessional way, said that he checked beforehand, which is not true, because he was serving 3 couriers and 2 other customers at tables, and when he went down to the basement to pick up my order , it didn't even take 1 minute. We are talking about an order of €35, the smallest order we have ever placed there. I would like to believe that it would be, due to carelessness or even lack of attention to the deliveries that he was dispatching, more with the way he spoke and referred to a customer in my case, I had the statement that it was a bad posture and lack of procedure. Given this fact, I took the initiative to never order from this entity again and if asked, I would not recommend it. It is worth noting that all businesses depend solely on their satisfied customers. To build an image it takes 10 years to destroy it, it only takes 10 seconds.

I don't recommend it and I won't buy it again.

The product has a GREAT TASTE.the problems are:-One unit is very expensive-The PACKS are inflexible, you cannot change the flavors.-no DIET soda, no option. I hope it's 1985 again.

I lack words to describe how delicious everything was. Okay, I hadn't eaten esfihas for 7 years, I ate a few more even after I was full, and I spent the rest of the day with the taste of esfihas in my mouth.
