We had a late lunch here and the food was good especially the tomato and onion salad. The dessert was a lovely sweet date cake. It was like a sponge on top and runny inside. Very good value food and drink.
Restaurant with very good food! I felt at home due to the friendliness of the service. Good cook without a doubt!!! I recommend!
Amazing food. Great service. Fun to sit outside at sunset. This is a neighborhood restaurant that is off the beaten path. Totally worth the walk or other travel.
Typical, great little restaurant. We loved it
What a fantastic find! Great food and friendly staff.
Excellent homemade food, tasty and good service. Highly recommended.
Very nice restaurant, despite the fact that they don't accept card payment (yet)
Stopped here late November for a couple of beers having walked down from the top of the city. Despite my custom being next to worthless, I was made most welcome. Next time I'm in Porto, Illiabum will be my first stop.
The worst food I have ever experienced, the octopus was tough, not even I can mess up a dish like that. Real tourist trap. Don’t go!!!!!!
What is the best aspect of this restaurant? The excellent food with menus that change daily? The sidewalk atmosphere near the tram? The views of the bridge, water, and sunset? Miguel, the waiter told us, "you always know the food is good when the owner is tending the outdoor grill and his wife is in the kitchen." This restaurant is very popular with the locals so you know it's good. We ate here several times.
