The overall experience is ok, but there's a lot to improve. After going to similar restaurants (i.e. Omakase Ri in Lisbon) or even comparing it with real Izakayas in Japan, I have to confess they have a lot to do in terms of receiving guest, turning the meal into an experience, keep the environment (sushimans talk loudly to the costumers they are serving at a specific moment) and maintain food rounds in a carrousel of flavours that starts smooth and end up blowing minds....
Excellent, in everything. The omakase menu is worth it for a first visit but the entire menu left me curious. Good quality fish and highly respected, elevated with other very well crafted products. Attentive service. It made me miss Japan.
Kaigi is my absolute favorite place to eat in all of Porto.
Consistency is key and they nail it every. single. time!

The dishes rotate to highlight the seasonal availability so dining here is always a unique experience.

Be sure to ask for the Hokkaido Roll. It's a little secret item that you won't regret!
