It's close to home and it's quite organized and always clean and calm, the problem is that because it's too quiet, sometimes it takes a while for us to be served because there's only 1 person in the establishment, but I've never complained about the food, the chicken is always hot and the Staff serve you very politely.

Super burnt chicken dry potatoes should have been fried for at least 4 hours this service was ordered for delivery, so never again at this KFC.

In addition to there being no personal service and only ATMs available, the employee was rude to an older member of my family because he was confused with the automatic menu. Later he delivered the order and reluctantly fulfilled what we asked for when we were notified that we did not have the ketchup, cutlery or paper plate that had been requested. Zero education, zero tact with the customer and zero professionalism from an establishment that will close very quickly if it continues to treat the few customers it has in this way I won't set foot here again and I will recommend everyone not to come here. Good afternoon, I am here to inform you of what happened and complain about an employee, who, based on his clothing, is probably the manager.What happened: I came to collect an order from Uber, I'm a courier, today 04/18/2024, I asked for a code, sorry, I can't view the code after the order was delivered, I entered through the front of the store, something that I do every time I come to collect here, including yesterday the 17th I collected normally, but today when I went to pick up the order I was informed by one of the employees that from now on I should enter through the back, I just said that it should be a new rule, since I did the same thing the day before, I just said that there was a lack of information between shifts since, as I said the previous day, no one informed me, they handed me the order and said: ok, from now on I will enter through the back as requested, when I went to leave the store the guy, who appears to be the manager said that I should leave through the back, I told him no since my bike was in front of the store, he insisted that I should leave through the back and I didn't, he left through the front informing that next time he would comply with the rule, that as He said he didn't know.I ask for attention from VCS Manager of Managers, with the people who run the stores, it was enough to simply teach me the rules, I don't guess rules, besides there is nothing written that collection is through the back.Here's another tip for the guy who runs this store.In the end he went to the tablet and probably complained about HIS INCOMPETENCE to Uber, saying that I was probably the cause of the problem, it's worth remembering that: NEVER, I SAID NEVER, I HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER AN ORDER IF YOU WANT, I HAVE ALWAYS DELIVERED IT IN PERFECT CONDITIONS AND ALWAYS WITH COMPLIMENTS AND TIPS FROM CUSTOMERS, THE BASIC HE PROBABLY DOES NOT DO WHICH IS REQUEST THE START OF DELIVERY ON THE APPLICATION.I would also like to remind you that they were the ones in the store at the moment and their employees are perfect, polite and respectful towards the couriers.I reject anyone who likes to think they own the world.
