I ORDERED CHICKEN WINGS. AND WAS AWAY FOR 2 MINUTES AFTER PLACING AN ORDER AND THEN WHEN I WENT THERE I WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES AND THE NUMBER WAS NOT EVEN OM DISPLAY AND I HAD TO GO AND ASK FOR MY ORDER WHICH WAS SITTING THERE FROM LONG. AND THE GUY WITH MOUSTACHE WAS VERY RUDE HE DIDN’T EVEN GIVE ME A TRAY TO HOLD THE FOOD. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS KFC AT ALL VERY RUDE STAFF. I REQUEST THEIR MANAGER TO TSKE ACTIONS ON THAT MOUSTACHE GUY.

Higher quality food than McDonald’s and the KING burger. What surprised me most was the helpful service from the cashier with suggestions and who perfectly met the wishes of a 4-year-old child. I've never seen such helpful service, in fact I ate there because of the service. Then my son was having a tantrum typical of his age and the cook came (I think it was) on purpose to calm the little one and explain why he couldn't drink Coca Cola (just as I didn't want him to do). You don't see service like this anymore, much less in shopping malls. I'm very grateful. I went for lunch between 12:45 pm and 1:15 pm. They should be grateful to these two employees they have. Thank you very much once again.

Today I asked a colonel for an Uber offer that got 2 for one, simply wonderful, warm with a surreal flavor, I've already eaten here in Porto at several KFCs and until now I hadn't found anything like it, I don't know if it was just today but it was stupendous good!!! thanks.

The attendant with blonde hair and a nose ring, very rude, didn't say good night or thank you, the snack was wonderful, but the staff were super incompetent, especially the men, I won't be returning to this establishment in Alameda Shopping.

Without a doubt the worst experience of my life when ordering an Uber, chicken with burnt skin, completely dry and with the flavor that had come out of the microwave, the sandwich menu, the chicken fillet in the middle of the bread looked like a sample, it was more 50% for waste.Now Uber says it won't refund the moneyAfter this experience I spoke to friends and they say that this is something that happens frequently at this establishment.A name as big as KFC is taking advantage of orders to send food that is not in good conditionDON'T COME EAT HERESHAME!(unfortunately the photo I sent to UBER on the app doesn't record on my phone)

Disgusting KFC. The chicken is just terrible, the potatoes are not tasty. The only plus is the speed, but because there is no one. I do not advise. It's better to go to other establishments.
