Much to be desired. Check the accounts carefully, since I went and they tried to put more food than was real. You cannot pay by card and it is not indicated in the restaurant, you will find it at the end. We ordered a wine and they brought us another, without prior notice, more expensive of course. The cod was frozen. For what you paid, much to be desired. I wouldn't repeat.

The girl was polite and helpful, the rest was rubbish. An orange juice €5? a scam, very little quantity of food and poor quality, frozen squid €14 and a salad that didn't even have half a tomato €15. A complete scam, don't be serious

I was worried about the other reviews, but I didn't have the same perception. The francesinhas are delicious, I don't know if they are better in other places, but I liked them. The owner was very friendly, he talked to us about Brazil, gave us directions, and was very kind. The waiters were attentive and recommended the dishes to us honestly. I just thought the prices were high for the amount of food served.

Unfortunately the other reviews are correct. Eternal waiting times, loveless food, higher prices are charged on the handwritten bill than on the menu. It is also noisy between the street and the tram. I was really disappointed.

Today I went to visit Porto and as I arrived at lunch time, I decided to visit this "restaurant". We were 3 people and a child. I'll start by saying that all the food we ordered was tasteless, with more water than oil, adding also the fact that the octopus (POTA?) looked like rubber. The amount of food was very little for the exaggerated price of the dishes (One potato cut in half along with a piece of salmon for one person and two potatoes cut in half with some "octopus" legs for two people). Service is miserable, where the only person who speaks Portuguese seemed to be the owner (this is because when I paid the bill, I received a handwritten invoice and the money was given to that same person, who took the change out of his pocket to give to the employee...) WARNING, that whoever goes there (I DON'T ADVISE!), should take a wallet completely full of money, as the coffee costs 2€ (And it's burnt, not to mention the strange "taste" of the drink alcoholic) and each drink (soft drink) €3.5 (excluding starters and the like), and they only accept cash! In 2024, a restaurant establishment that does not accept ATMs and does not issue invoices. In short, it is a restaurant made to suit the tourist's budget! I don't recommend going there at all. It's money wasted badly, Porto is big, with excellent cuisine, I think you'll find better anywhere. Unfortunately I made the mistake of going there, it was the first and last time.
