Super bad service at the place,..I asked a simple question about the type of bread I was choosing and the lady replied that Brazilians only come to complicate the lives of Portuguese people...I immediately calmed down and took my order, I'm not going But at the scene I was sad, I cried a lot, I didn't deserve to be treated in such a way.?

Recently, I visited Leitaria da Quinta do Paço. However, my experience was quite disappointing, especially in relation to the service and quality of Caramelo Macchiato.
Firstly, the service left a lot to be desired. The team was disinterested and unwelcoming, which created a cold and uninviting atmosphere. As a customer, I expected a more attentive and cordial service, something that should be standard in a public service establishment.
Furthermore, the Caramelo Macchiato was a real frustration. The drink was far from meeting expectations. The caramel flavor was artificial at the bottom of the cup, completely masking the coffee flavor. The consistency was also wrong, there were 12 ice cubes, truly absurd.
The result was an unbalanced and poor quality drink. Given the reputation of Leitaria da Quinta do Paço, I expected much more from both the service and the quality of the products. Unfortunately, this experience was traumatic and I left the establishment very dissatisfied. I would never recommend it even to an enemy.
I hope the feedback is useful so they can improve these aspects and provide a better customer experience in the future.

Today, after dinner, I went to Leitaria da Quinta do Paço at Mercado Bom Sucesso and had an extremely negative experience. The employees demonstrated unacceptable arrogance, and when I politely expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of information about MBway payments, I was met with laughter and disrespect.

In the payment box it is indicated that they do not accept ATMs, but there is no mention of not accepting payments via MBway. When I pointed out this flaw, the employee who was washing the dishes laughed in my face, showing total disrespect and lack of professionalism.

Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism is something we are already used to as consumers. However, the situation got worse when I witnessed the same employee spitting in the pantry where he was washing the dishes. This is a blatant disregard for hygiene and food safety standards, which is why I was forced to ask for the complaints book.

Upon opening the complaints book, I noticed that there were already about six pages filled with complaints, indicating a pattern of misconduct.

I will report this situation to the competent authorities due to the flagrant lack of hygiene and food safety.

I strongly advise visiting any other establishment, but avoid this one at all costs.

The employees look at the customer badly, it seems like they don't like their work. They served the coffee lukewarm almost cold, there is no desire to make the customer feel good so that they return.
They should talk to the employees that the customer should always be served well, the order is placed for some drinks or shakes, the answer is that after eight hours or 20 hours they no longer prepare those drinks and I repeat, they look at the customer with annoyance because When placing an order, it is easy to tell the customer that a product is not available in a friendly way.

Eclairs were good. Only two employees makes service slow in the morning. Cookies and empanda were also amazing. One of the few outlets that open in the morning.

I went to Leitaria for a snack today with my family and we brought home 8 large classic eclairs. What is our surprise when we open the boxes and cut the eclairs and notice their incredibly sour smell and flavor. These eclairs are extremely recessed and the whipped cream is ruined. This is unacceptable. We're just not going to return this to the store right now because we would still have that extra travel expense. We are frequent customers and in recent times the quality and service have gotten a lot worse. This situation of serving spoiled products is unjustifiable and can lead to food poisoning. Honestly, the solution will be to stop going to Leitaria. And I think that Leitaria had an obligation to reimburse the very high amount we paid for spoiled food.

As a customer of this space for a decade, which initially was not only impeccable in service but with phenomenal menu options, it is with great displeasure that I note the decline of the space over the last few years.TERRIBLE service, neglected space, mediocre pastries.Employees with poor communication, certainly without any training and without good will. They don't listen to the order, make the wrong assumption and make faces at the customer. Hire Portuguese people, you will only win! Terrible.
