We deeply regret the disappointing experience. Although the terrace is beautiful and well-treed, the quality of service was unacceptable. The red-haired employee was extremely rude and disrespectful, which completely ruined our visit. Such behavior is unacceptable and I hope measures are taken to prevent other customers from experiencing the same thing.

Slightly different, you get a card with a qr code which is used when you order food and drink. This card is used when paying. You can just use a card, but we all got one.

In short - they give you card with which you need to order by giving it back to them… and with every order card goes backandforth between you and bartender and in the end you pay by giving this card back So this card seems like a useless step in the process ?
During my visit there was a couple that simply turned back and left after hearing about this system ?

This is great! You really don't see what this hidden gem is from the street. The small front shop, packed with interesting beers, gives way to a downstairs with a large, quirky beer/eating garden full of little alcoves, stone and wooden seats and tables in among the plants and trees strung with lights. The staff were a little distracted, but it had great beer, tasty pub grub and was a genuinely fun find. Thanks.
