Good afternoon, on July 27th, I had a dinner for 14 people at this establishment where we received poor service from the moment we arrived until we left, the waitress was arrogant, rude, disrespectful and insolent. In addition to being literally treated badly, we also arrived at the end of dinner and had the privilege of being presented with a mouse in the middle of the room. If the mouse was in the living room, let's imagine what the kitchen will be like... Today, August 1st, I went back there to get the sparkling wine (which my mother left with the cake and was not given to us by the employee) and once again the same employee was disrespectful and rude. Restaurant with great space and has everything to be a great restaurant, with this type of service we will NEVER return.

When you go to the restaurant, as soon as you sit down, they give you olives, bread, some typical local dumplings and a plate of "ham" and cheese. That without asking for it. Eye! They charge you! And there's nothing cheap about it. Otherwise I have no objection, but if you don't order something, they should at least let you know that they are going to add it to your bill and you can decide if you want to eat it or not!
