You get what you pay for. You can pay 20-30€ in the nicer places around, or you can get a 15€ plate here. My Maminha was very good. I’d be smart with the menu and order the house specialty for a better experience.
I went to this restaurant with my mother for lunch. The place is very pleasant, staff are very attentive and polite, always available to help and super receptive. The food was wonderful, seasoned and with a "taste of mother's food" that reminded me a lot of childhood. I liked the food, the first time I ordered a francezinha, I thought it was a little spicy (and I like spicy) but otherwise I liked it, what I didn't like was the delay, it took a while to serve but other than that the atmosphere was good with the musicians playing play songs I like.
