This is a nice option for a coffee/drink when you visit the Jardim Botanico or for lunch if you live in the area. Their daily menu (offered on the weekdays) includes a soup or a dessert, the dish of the day (one option only) and a lemonade/some sort of juice. As of July 2024, it costs 13 euros per person. If you sit outside, you have a lovely view of the gardens. Beware of the roosters!:)
The place is worth a visit just for the garden (a little left to its own devices).
We didn't expect anything gastronomically, as Porto often offers very greasy, heavy food. Here, however, we received a very tasty dish of the day with dessert (or optionally soup) and a well-crafted pizza vegetariana. It tastes like “coming back”. Muito boom
