Today 12-02-2024 I went to MacDonal's with my boys, at 7:00 pm and my popcorn was crying a lot and a very kind employee offered to help me, I took the food for me. And always attentive. For more people with empathy like her. I didn't ask her name but I think she was from Brazil. Congratulations on the clean store and very grateful to the girl for her attention. But I was really grateful. Thank you

There was hair in the burger. Also, the chicken was raw.
This McDonald's is located inside a shopping center. McDonald's in Portugal doesn't have a lot of options, compared to other countries. The CBO is pretty good, so are the fries and the garlic sauce. Overall, an ok experience.

Had an amazing time at Maccas this time around- My order was done as I barely hit the 'finalize order' button on the self-service kiosk, the food was up to standard, and it was the exact opposite of crowded- It's nice to have a meal in a quiet and calm atmosphere for once.

Great service, they do check for the covid pass (vaccine) since its the rule of the mall.I had a non European one and they still accepted it with the help of the staff !
Way better than McDonalds in the UK! Everything tasted better without being stuffed full of salt and sugar.
